The BEST shop I’ve ever encountered. Fast service, exceptionally friendly staff, and very reasonable pricing. This shop cares about their customers a lot and it shows with their service. With my job I use my car frequently and upon explaining that to the staff they were willing to get my car in ASAP and fix what was needed before I travelled beyond repair. Even directly before closing staff were making sure my car was road perfect, compared to other shops I’ve been to who rush you out, rip you off for being a woman, give you a quick fix, or just tell you to go elsewhere because they’re booked solid. Huge thank you to Melissa, Carlos, and everyone at Devon Auto 😊

I dont recommend this shop unless u know whats wrong and bring the part if not they will waste your money and time and just throw parts at it now im out 300$ and the problem is worse lol

Zero star for them…. Charging 5-10x than the actual price. They put inspection rejection sticker on my car, even I didn’t ask to inspect my car. I just went there to repair my muffler. They told me it will take around $3000 to repair ur car for inspection. But another shopkeeper repair it only for $450 and put 2 year inspection sticker on my car. Devon auto is a big scammer. When i ask for the prices for parts, they didn’t gimme the price list. 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

WARNING: This Shop Wasted My Time, Took My Money TWICE, and Damaged My Car. Total Mess! I wish I could give Devon Auto Repair zero stars. This was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I brought my Nissan Pathfinder in for a simple, persistent front suspension noise, and they made things exponentially worse. The Initial Rip-Off ($750): I paid $750 upfront for a new strut, control arm, and alignment. I even provided the parts, meaning $650 of that was pure labor—which is already way too high, especially since my initial quote was only $450. You'd expect quality work for that price, right? Nope. The original noise came back immediately after I drove away. The entire $650 labor charge was completely worthless. Being Charged Twice for Their Mistake (+$216): When I returned, they didn't apologize or take responsibility. Instead, they told me the problem was actually the sway bar bushings and insisted I pay another $216. Are you kidding me? They had the entire suspension apart for the first repair! Any good mechanic would have spotted those bushings then. This meant I was charged twice for one diagnosis, bringing my total wasted money to $966. I wasted two full days going back and forth because of their gross incompetence. Adding Insult to Injury: They Damaged My Door: As if paying twice wasn't enough, I noticed after the second visit that my front left door no longer closes properly. It’s misaligned—I have no doubt this happened while they were mishandling or roughly testing the vehicle. I paid them to fix my car, and they gave me back a vehicle with a new, unacceptable problem. This place is expensive, negligent, and dishonest. They can't diagnose a simple issue, their labor is sloppy, and they physically damaged my vehicle. STAY AWAY! 🙏

I strongly advise avoiding this auto repair shop due to unethical business practices and poor workmanship. My experience was extremely disappointing. The individual named Adam, who claims to be a mechanic, allegedly works without a valid license and often appears unfit to perform his duties. He claimed to have replaced the passenger-side struts — which were new and covered under a lifetime warranty — and the shop charged $350 for the job. When questioned, they could not provide proof of the repairs performed and instead presented the driver-side (left) struts. The owner fully supported these actions rather than addressing the issue professionally. In my opinion, this business prioritizes profit over integrity, transparency, and customer trust. I strongly recommend exercising caution and choosing a more reputable and certified service provider.

Very friendly and reasonably priced. There's alot to be said about smaller shops run by people with integrity. Ill be back.

I don't recommend this place to go and fix your car there, at first he took from me 100 dollars just to check the timing belt he said you need to change everything including the water pump. After replacing everything he said the water pump was working good with no issues (200 dollars the price of it) the question is why did i pay the 100 dollars for the checking? For 3.5 hours for 349$+tax which is so high My appointment was at 10:30 but he started fixing it at 1:30. Thank you for letting me losing my time and my money!!

They don't even deserve one star!!!! I was a long-time customer who raved to everyone about this place, well no longer...they should not be allowed to serve anyone. I got my tires changed their last visit to only lose a wheel in traffic...could've turned really bad! Thank God it didn't, but when I asked for them to cover half or all of my deductible for insurance repairs...they wouldn't answer my calls and never heard from Jo (the owner) after leaving multiple messages. They take your money and they don't even do the work!!!! Don't bring your vehicle there!!!!

I had a disappointing experience with this service. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I had to wait over three hours for a simple tire replacement. The inefficiency and lack of consideration were frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Great spot, put me in quickly when I needed it most

I brought my car to their shop to get an exhaust repair on my broken exhaust pipe. They said that they welded the exhaust but unfortunately, the weld broke after only 1 week. I have to get the same work done elsewhere and wasted my money here. Fortunately, they took my car the same day and were pleasant to work with.

don’t ever bring your car here if you want a job done. took them almost a whole month to do a water pump and timing chain replacement on my car after telling me they had the right tools to do the job at the shop with them. also tried to get me to buy a new motor from them and would only use a motor they bought through whoever they get motors from when i never needed a motor and treated me like i had ZERO idea about the car i’ve had for 3 years (and i have quite a bit of knowledge on my car specifically) and they also DRILLED A HOLE through my radiator and told me that it’s been there before i brought the car into them making me spend more money on parts i never actually needed if they hadn’t drilled through it. if your female don’t ever bring your car here bc they treat you like your dumb and also make you end up paying more then what you really need to
